Acceptance
By submitting an individual partner application, the applicant confirms they have read and accepted the applicable KeynoBite partner terms.
Applies to
- freelancers,
- individual sales operators,
- full-time associate candidates entering through the partner workflow,
- applicants using the individual path at
/partner-apply/individual.
Key principles
- approval is not guaranteed,
- partners act as independent contractors unless separately contracted,
- assessment completion is mandatory before onboarding access is unlocked,
- only genuine licensed food businesses may be referred,
- and inaccurate identity, CV, or referral information can lead to rejection or termination.
Conduct rules
Partners must not:
- guarantee PSP approval,
- guarantee income,
- impersonate KeynoBite staff,
- collect merchant card data personally,
- or submit non-consensual or fake referrals.
Commercial position
Commission structures are portal-configured, may depend on push to the main platform, and are not verbally promised outside approved program rules.
