Acceptance

These terms apply to corporate or agency partner applications submitted through the KeynoBite partner onboarding ecosystem.

Applies to

  • agencies,
  • corporate referral partners,
  • commercial teams managing sub-agents,
  • organisations using the corporate partner path at /partner-apply/corporate.

Key principles

  • applicants must be validly registered businesses,
  • approval remains discretionary,
  • agencies and sub-agents must follow assessment and conduct requirements,
  • merchant consent is mandatory,
  • and only approved referral links should be used for attribution.

Sub-agent responsibility

Head agency accounts remain responsible for the conduct of sub-agents operating under their account structure.

Restrictions

Corporate partners must not:

  • promise guaranteed PSP approval,
  • alter commission terms verbally,
  • impersonate master admin or PSP staff,
  • manipulate duplicate referrals,
  • or submit false or misleading documentation.

Commercial position

Commission logic is configured by KeynoBite, may be withheld or reversed after audit review, and does not create an employment relationship.
